Phase I delivered three speculative buildings — ±1,122,341 SF, ±388,183 SF, and ±186,944 SF. We leased the ±1.1 million-SF building to Amazon on a long-term lease, then represented CT Realty in its sale to BentallGreenOak (BGO).
